Bishkek, Oct 7, 2022 / Kabar /. A total of 1,636 tons of humanitarian aid was delivered to Batken Oblast, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to data of the ministry, 332 tons of them were delivered by the ministry, 1,134 tons by the citizens' own efforts. There are 180 tons of humanitarian aid in the warehouse.
To date, 136 thousand 770 citizens have been evacuated to safe areas in Batken Oblast. Of these, 128 thousand 522 returned to their permanent places of residence.
