10 hectares of forest burned in Kyrgyzstan in past day

Bishkek, Apr. 29, 2020 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan has experienced five fires in the past 24 hours, the republic’s Emergency Ministry reported.

A warehouse burned down on Kara-Balta str. in Kalininskoe village (Chui Oblast). As a result of the fire a man born in 1979 was injured, he was hospitalized with 2-3-degree burns. The cause of the fire is being investigated.

In Issyk-Kul Oblast, in forest located in the village of Kok-Moinok-2, 10 hectares of trees and dry grass burned. The cause of the fire is being investigated.

80 square meters of roof burned down in Pappa Roti Cafe in the capital city of Bishkek. The cause of the fire is a short circuit of wires.
