Bishkek, Oct. 26, 2020. /Kabar/. The Police Patrol Department urges cyclists to follow traffic rules.
According to the police press service, some cyclists do not follow traffic rules, ride on highways, create obstacles for other traffic participants or cause traffic accidents.
Thus, since January 2020, 118 traffic accidents involving bicyclists have been registered, 117 people were injured and 3 people died in traffic accidents.
"At present, the Police Patrol Department employees continue to carry out preventive work to educate citizens who ride bicycles on the observance of traffic rules for their own safety,” the report says.
