Bishkek, Aug. 23, 2024 /Kabar/. The number of employees of enterprises and organizations in the tourism sector in 2023 amounted to 10 thousand people, according to the National Statistics Committee.
According to data, the largest number of employees, 23.3%, were employed in hotel establishments.
The average monthly nominal accrued wage of one employee in the tourism sector in 2023 amounted to 19 thousand 552 soms and, compared to 2019, increased by 73.9%.
