For 100 days of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan for the period from Oct. 12, 2021 to Jan. 19, 2022, the Program to Support and Develop Women's Entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2026 was approved in order to support women entrepreneurship through loans.
In addition, there are currently 55 public private partnership projects in the active implementation phase, totaling more than USD 1 billion.
Work has begun on the preparation of the PPP project "Construction of Almaty - Issyk-Kul alternative road”. The new road is designed to become a tool for regional economic development, as it will lead to an increase in tourist flow and stimulate investment.
In the field of energy, project were initiated on the construction of high-rise solar power stations for 300 MW on the territory of Toru-Aigyr area in Issyk-Kul Oblast, talks are under way with the French company TOTAL Eren to implement projects for solar and wind power plants.
A unified electronic registry of permits issued by government agencies and local authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic has been formed.
Development and Material Support Fund of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic was established.
On Oct. 14, 2021 investment forum entitled "Development of Batken - Development of the Country" was held in Batken town, Batken Oblast.
A number of important events for Batken Oblast were held within the framework of the Forum, aimed at improving the investment climate in the region.
On Nov. 5, 2021 the Bishkek city hosted the First European Union - Central Asia Economic Forum.
