Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2021 /Kabar/. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported on Saturday 108 more recoveries from coronavirus, taking the total number of Kyrgyzstanis cured of the disease to 79,722.
According to the latest report from the HQ, 93 fresh cases of novel coronavirus were identified in the country over the past 24 hours.
Thus, a total of 83,796 positive cases of COVID-19 were detected since the start of the pandemic.
The nationwide death toll has amounted to 1,398 after 2 more people died from the disease: one in Chui Oblast and one in Issyk-Kul Oblast.
Currently, treatment in hospitals is provided to 689 patients, while 1006 people are receiving treatment at home.
Besides, 2,410 PCR tests were conducted throughout Kyrgyzstan in the past day.
