112 more Kyrgyzstanis beat COVID-19 in past day

Bishkek, April 9, 2021. / Kabar / . In the past day, another 112 Kyrgyzstanis have cures of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Friday.

According to the latest report, a total of 85, 719 people in Kyrgyzstan have recovered from the respiratory disease since the outbreak of the virus.

As of today, 89,811 positive cases were registered in Kyrgyzstan since the first case was recorded on March 18, 2020.

The virus-related deaths remained at 1,516, as no new deaths were reported over the past day.

Currently, 766 patients with COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals, including 28 in intensive care units, while another 849 patients are receiving treatment at home.

A total of 5,059 lab tests were conducted in the country over the past day.
