Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2021 / Kabar /. An exit group of a Mobile Population Service Center visited a 117-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan for free to change the address in the biometric ID-card chip, the press service of the State Registration Service said.
“Rasiia apa (the word used in addressing to elder woman) moved to live in Bishkek from Naryn Oblast and, according to the old school, wanted all documents to be in order. She has 4 children, 40 grandchildren and great-grandchildren,” the report said.
