13 fires recorded in Kyrgyzstan over 24 past hrs

Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2024. /Kabar/. 13 fires were registered across Kyrgyzstan in the last 24 hours, the press service of the country’s Ministry of Emergency Situations said Monday.

Thus, two fires were recorded in the capital city of Bishkek and Chui and Osh Oblasts, four fires in Jalal-Abad oblast and one fire each in Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Batken Oblasts.

A total of 14 fire brigades were involved in extinguishing fires.

In particular, a residential two-storey house with an area of 140 square meters burned down in the Dzheti-Oguz region of Issy-Kul Oblast.

The cause of the fire is being established. No one was injured during the emergency.
