130 more Kyrgyzstanis cured of novel coronavirus in past day

Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, another 130 patients have cured of novel coronavirus in the past day.

According to the report from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, a total of 44,227 Kyrgyzstanis have recovered from COVID-19 coronavirus infection since the beginning of the pandemic.

Kyrgyzstan’s tally of COVID-19 cases reached 48,924 on Saturday with 307 new cases reported in the last day.

5 new deaths from COVID-19 were reported during the past 24 hours, raising the nationwide death toll to 1,082.

Currently, 1,642 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1,520 patients - at home.

Kyrgyzstan has been fighting COVID-19 since March 18.
