Bishkek, Apr.4, 2020./Kabar/. As of 10:00 a.m. on Apr.4, 14 more cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health Kasymbek Mambetov said at a briefing.
Of these, 1 and 2 cases registered in the cities of Bishkek and Osh, respectively, 5 cases revealed in Osh Oblast, and 6 cases in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
"Of the newly identified cases, five are imported, the rest are contact persons," Mambetov said.
Thus, 144 cases of citizens' infection with COVID-19 were recorded in Kyrgyzstan as of today.
The first coronavirus-related death in the republic was registered on Apr.2.
Six people have recovered and discharged from the hospital.
