Tashkent, June 19, 2020. /Kabar/. Uzbekistan confirmed on Friday 158 new cases of coronavirus infection, the press service of the Uzbek Health Ministry reported.
In the past 24 hours, 68 recoveries from COVID-19 were registered in the republic.
Uzbekistan has extended quarantine until Aug.1, and restrictions and rules on quarantine measures are in force in all regions. Since June 1, a number of activities have been allowed, depending on quarantine levels - "red" (high), "yellow" (medium) and "green" (low).
Starting June 8, religious institutions in the "green" zones are resumed, while from June 15 - preschools, cafes and restaurants, clothing markets with the condition of observance sanitary safety measures.
Uzbekistan’s recoveries from coronavirus has climbed to 4,199 (71%), 19 patients have died.
There are 1,637 patients undergoing treatment. Of these, 12 patients have a difficult situation.
