16 more people recovered from coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 18, 2020. /Kabar/. At a news briefing at the Government House, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev provided operational information on the epidemiological situation in the country as of Apr.18, 2020.

According to him, 4 patients have been discharged from the Republican Infectious Disease Hospital in Bishkek, and 12 patients in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.

To date, a total of 130 patients have recovered and been discharged throughout the country. Five have passed away.

On Apr. 18, another 17 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in Kyrgyzstan, bringing the total to 506.

Of these, 116 are cases of medical personnel infection.
