165 Kyrgyzstanis returned to homeland from Turkey

Bishkek, July 27, 2020. /Kabar/. 165 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have been returned Monday to the homeland from Turkey, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.

"Our citizens have arrived by charter flight of Pegasus Airlines, following the Istanbul-Bishkek-Istanbul route, organized for the removal of Turkish citizens from Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyz citizens from Turkey," the report says.

This flight was performed as part of implementation of agreements, reached by the Foreign Ministries of the two countries in accordance with the instruction of President and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the ongoing work on the return of Kyrgyz citizens, located in foreign countries because of temporary closure of borders and the suspension of international passenger air traffic due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the world.

The work on the return of Kyrgyz citizens who are in foreign countries and wish to return to their homeland continues.
