Bishkek, Jan. 18, 2022. / Kabar /. Since the beginning of the academic year about 80 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in the capital city’s educational institutions, Vice Mayor of the capital Victoria Mozgacheva told during a briefing in Bishkek.
She said that among them are schoolchildren and teachers.
“Today, there are 17 teachers diagnosed with COVID-19 and 32 schoolchildren, there is no pneumonia among them, there are no deaths,” she said.
Mozgacheva added that more than 80% of teachers have been vaccinated, employees with contraindications or those who have recently recovered from the disease remained unvaccinated.
