Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2022. / Kabar /. 179 COVID-19 cases were registered in Kyrgyzstan from 22 to 28 August.
According to data of the Department of Disease Prevention, State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, out of the registered cases, 26 people were hospitalized, the remaining 153 people receive treatment at home.
From 22 to 28 August 2022, according to the risk assessment matrix, all areas of the country are in the green zone. The effective reproductive number for the last week is less than 1, which indicates a decline in the incidence.
For 8 months and 28 days of 2022 a total of 20,968 COVID-19 cases were registered.
