180 Kyrgyz citizens returned to Bishkek from UAE

Bishkek, May 3, 2020 / Kabar /. 180 Kyrgyz citizens returned to Bishkek from UAE as part of the implementation of previously reached agreements with the Emirate side, the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry’s press service reported.

This issue was worked out in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the ongoing work to return Kyrgyz citizens from foreign countries, due to the suspension of international air traffic due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world, the report said.

Earlier, 178 Kyrgyz citizens were brought in the country from the UAE on April 26, 2020. As previously reported, a preliminary agreement was also reached with the Emirate to organize another flight on May 10, 2020, for return of Kyrgyz citizens from the United Arab Emirates.
