Bishkek, Feb, 1, 2018 /Kabar/. 19 homeless people died in Bishkek from January 1 to January 31, 2018, the press service of the Bishkek city police reported.
According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic medical examination, all of them died from hypothermia: 15 men and 4 women.
"Every day the Bishkek police took homeless people freezing in the streets of the city, to a social shelter around the clock," the report said.
