Bishkek, Apr. 28, 2020. /Kabar/. As of 10:00 a.m. on Apr. 28, 2 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been detected among medical workers in Kyrgyzstan, Nurbolot Usenbayev, Deputy Minister of Health told Tuesday.
Both cases have been revealed in Naryn Oblast of the republic.
"The coronavirus was confirmed in 185 medics, which is 30% of the total number of COVID-19 cases throughout Kyrgyzstan. 31 medical workers have been cured and discharged from the hospital," he said.
As of Apr. 28, 13 new cases of coronavirus infection have been revealed in Kyrgyzstan, bringing the total to 708.
416 citizens have recovered and discharged from hospitals, 8 have died.
