20 new cases of coronavirus documented in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2022 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyz health authorities added 20 fresh cases of novel coronavirus on Sunday, bringing the total count of infections to 200,478.

In its latest report, the Health Ministry of the republic said that another 138 people have cured of the disease in the last 24 hours, taking total number of recoveries to 195,056.

According to the report, the virus killed 2 more people in Kyrgyzstan. Thus, the nationwide death toll from COVID-19 now stands at 2,956.

As of Feb. 27, treatment in hospitals is provided to 191 patients. Of these, 23 people (12%) are in critical condition, and 699 others are being treated at home.
