Bishkek, Apr. 3, 2019. /Kabar/. The capital football club Dordoy will play today against the Turkmen Altyn Asyr, in the group stage of the 2019 AFC Cup.
The Football Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the game is to take place at Dolon Omurzakov Spartak stadium at 20:00.
The national team will compete for a ticket to the final stage of the Cup.
At the pre-match press conference, manager of Altyn Asyr Yazguly Hojageldiyev told that his players are without injuries.
“Specifically on the game, while the players have not yet been sufficient trained. So far we have not started the championship either, but we flew to Kyrgyzstan from training in Turkey,” he stressed.
In turn, local club mentor Aleksandr Krestinin told that this is the first game at the club level this season.
“There was enough time to rest after the Asian Cup and plan everything correctly, there are no problems,” he assured. “The players are prepared well enough, you will see for yourself. In Turkey, we had a few friendly matches, all in good shape. Now both teams in the same conditions. Those who have spent more time on cohesive team play will have an advantage.”
