Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2020 / Kabar /. 2020 IIHF World Championship Division IV in Bishkek has been postponed. This decision was made due to the aggravation of the situation with the spread of coronavirus in the world, the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The tournament is postponed to a late date, but it is not known what dates.
“At an operational meeting led by director of the State Agency Kanat Amankulov, it was decided to postpone a number of major international sports events planned in Kyrgyzstan to later dates,” the Agency reported.
The 2020 IIHF World Championship Division IV was scheduled for March 3-5 in Bishkek.
