Bishkek, Nov. 6, 2020 / Kabar /. The Bishkek Internal Affairs Department has circulated a list of religious, extremist organizations whose activities are prohibited on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
The following organizations are prohibited:
1. Al-Qaeda - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated Sept. 15, 2006, it was recognized as a terrorist organization, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Taliban Movement - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated Sept. 15, 2006, it was recognized as a terrorist organization and its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Islamic Movement of East Turkestan - by the Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic dated Aug. 20, 2003, it was recognized as a terrorist organization and its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Kurdish People's Congress (Kongra-Gel) - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated June 11, 2008, it was recognized as a terrorist organization, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Organization for the Liberation of East Turkestan - by the Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic dated Aug. 20, 2003, it was recognized as a terrorist organization, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Hizb ut-Tahrir-al-Islami - by the Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic dated Aug. 20, 2003, it was recognized as an extremist organization, and its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7. Group of Jihad (Union of Islamic Jihad) - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated June 11, 2008, it was recognized as a terrorist organization, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. Islamic Party of Turkestan (Islamic movement Uzbekistan) - by the Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic dated Aug. 20, 2003, it was recognized as a terrorist organization, and its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
9. Unification Church (Moon Church) - by the decision of the Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek on Feb. 22, 2012, it’s activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10. Zhaishul Mahdi - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated Oct. 24, 2012, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
11. Jund al Khalifat (Jund al Khalifat) - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek on Oct. 24, 2012, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
12. Ansarulloh (Ansarul Allah) - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek dated Oct. 24, 2012, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
13. At-Takfir Wal-Hijra (At-Takfir wa-l-Hijra) - by the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek on Oct. 24, 2012, its activity is prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
14. Akromiya - on March 14, 2014, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek recognized the Akromiya religious movement as an extremist organization and banned it on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
15. Agitation and propaganda materials and propaganda activities of A.A. Tikhomirov-Said Buryatsky - on March 14, 2014, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek declared extremist the propaganda materials and propaganda activities of A.A. Tikhomirov - Said Buryatsky.
16. ISIL - on Feb. 13, 2015, the Oktyabrsky Court of Bishkek recognized ISIL as a terrorist and extremist organization, its activities are prohibited in the country.
17. Jabhat al-Nusra - by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek on June 23, 2015, the Jabhat al-Nusra religious organization was recognized as terrorist and extremist, its activities are prohibited on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
18. Katibat al-Imam al-Bukhari (Battalion of Imam Bukhari) - on May 13, 2015 by the decision of the Osh city court, the organization Katibat al-Imam al-Bukhari (Battalion of Imam Bukhari) was recognized as a terrorist and extremist organization and its activities prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
19. Zhannat Oshiklari (Fans of Paradise) - on May 13, 2015 by the decision of the Osh City Court, the organization Zhannat Oshiklari (Fans of Paradise) was recognized as a terrorist and extremist organization and its activities were prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
20. Jamaat at-Tawhid wal-Jihad - by the decision of the Osh city court dated March 17, 2016, the Jamaat at-Tawhid wal-Jihad unit was recognized as a terrorist organization and its activities were prohibited on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
21. Yakyn-Inkar - by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek dated June 15, 2017, its activities are prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
