Number of educational institutions built in Kyrgyzstan in last three years

Bishkek, Sept.5, 2019. /Kabar/. 220 general education institutions and 16 kindergartens have been built, and another 34 schools have been overhauled in Kyrgyzstan from 2016-2019.

By the republican budget, 68 schools and 1 kindergarten were built in 2016, 46 schools and 6 kindergartens in 2017, 68 schools and 6 kindergartens in 2018, 38 schools and 3 kindergartens in 2019, the Government’s press service reported.

According to the list of objects, financed under the “Capital investments” article, in 2019 it is planned to allocate KGS 2 billion 133 million.

As of Sept.1, 2019, the construction of 14 schools has been completed, and another 27 schools will be completed by the end of the year.

By the end of 2019, the Kyrgyz Government plans to complete the construction of 64 facilities, including 41 schools and gyms, 3 kindergartens, 6 gyms and complexes, 6 healthcare facilities and a number of other facilities.

In addition, overhauls are being carried out at 33 social facilities, including 15 schools, 5 healthcare facilities and a number of other facilities.
