241 cases of COVID-19 detected in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Apr.4, 2020./Kabar/. At Saturday morning, the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan has increased by 14 and reached 241, the press service of the Ministry of Health said.

In Uzbekistan, 25 people have fully recovered, 2 deaths were confirmed.

From Apr.1, a self-insulation regime was introduced in Tashkent, Nukus and regional centers.

Citizens over 65 are categorically prohibited from leaving their homes. It is possible to go out only to visit pharmacies and shops near the place of residence.

The first case of COVID-19 in Uzbekistan was recorded on March 15.
