277 international observers monitor parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2020 / Kabar /. 277 international observers from 43 countries of the world, representing 33 organizations, 77 civil society organizations, 16 political parties are monitoring the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan,which has started on Sunday morning, the press service of the Central Election Commission reported.

A public observer is a person appointed by a non-profit organization of the Kyrgyz Republic to observe the preparation of elections, the voting process, the counting of votes, the determination of the voting results and the determination of the election results in the manner prescribed by law;

International observers are persons representing a foreign or international organization acquiring the right to observe the preparation and conduct of elections and referendums in accordance with the procedure established by law.
