Bishkek, Sept. 11, 2024. / Kabar/. 280 people have died in Kyrgyzstan in road accidents since the beginning of the year, the head of the Main Directorate for Road Safety Zhenishbek Zhorobekov said at a meeting of the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh.
According to his data, a total of 555,026 violation reports have been drawn up and administrative fines have been imposed over the past six months.
He added that a total of 278 million soms fines have been collected.
