2nd Congress of Lawyers of Kyrgyzstan held in Bishkek with participation of President Zhaparov

Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyz State Philharmonic named after Satylganov in Bishkek is hosting the 2nd Congress of Lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.

The event is attended by delegates from each territorial bar in proportion to the number of lawyers in each region.

President of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers Yuri Pilipenko, Chairmen of the Bar Association of Azerbaijan Anar Bagirov, Belarus Viktor Chaichats, Uzbekistan Alim Ernazarov, Head of the EU Programme Rule of Law in the Kyrgyz Republic – Phase 2 Stefanos Kareklas and Regional Director of International Development Law Organization (IDLO) Fred Huston are taking part in the work of the Congress.

The Bar Congress convenes once every three years and elects the executive governing body, the Bar Council.
