Bishkek, June 8, 2020. /Kabar/. Three Kyrgyz citizens have returned from Iran to Bishkek, the press service of Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Monday.
"Today, June 8 in accordance with the instruction of President and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the ongoing work on the return of Kyrgyz citizens, located in foreign countries because of temporary closure of borders and the suspension of international passenger air traffic due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the world, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan has worked out the return of 3 Kyrgyz citizens from Iran," the report says.
These citizens arrived at the international airport of Almaty on a charter flight of Kish Airlines (Iran), from which they were taken by special transport to Bishkek.
Work to find possible routes for returning citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, located in foreign countries for subsequent organization of their export, including in cooperation with partner countries, is ongoing.
