3 people in Issyk-Kul Oblast placed on quarantine

Bishkek, Mar.18, 2020. /Kabar/. 3 people are in isolation in Issyk-Kul Oblast, Governor Akylbek Osmonaliyev said.

1 of them has arrived from Saudi Arabia, and 2- from Germany.

The governor added 12 people are also on home quarantine.

"Two citizens who came from Germany did not want to go to the isolation ward, they had to be forcibly placed," said Osmonaliyev.

He added the tests of the citizens had been sent to the laboratory.

First coronavirus cases in Kyrgyzstan were registered in the morning of Mar.18, all those infected have arrived from Saudi Arabia.

An emergency regime has been introduced in Suzak region, Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
