30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Germany marked in Berlin

Bishkek, July 4, 2022. / Kabar /. The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Germany held a diplomatic reception on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Germany, which was held in the building of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.

The event was opened by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Omurbek Tekebaev and Commissioner of the German Foreign Ministry for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia Mattias Luttenberg, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Tekebaev in his speech, noting that Germany is the most important partner of Kyrgyzstan in Europe, emphasized the fruitful and multifaceted nature of the Kyrgyz-German cooperation over the past years and the mutual interest of the two countries in the further dynamic development of bilateral relations in all areas.

During the event, presentations were shown on the long-term active and successful activities of the German Nature Conservation Union (NABU), the Central Asian Institute for Geosciences (CAIAG), the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics and the Kyrgyz-German Technical Institute in the Kyrgyz Republic.

As part of the evening, the guests got acquainted with a photo exhibition about Kyrgyzstan and tasted national dishes and drinks. The guests were also shown videos about our country.
