32 children infected with COVID-19 are in Bishkek hospitals

Bishkek, May 8, 2020 / Kabar/. , Deputy Health Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Usenbaev announced on Friday at a news briefing that currently, 32 children are in the Republican Infectious Diseases Hospital with COVID-19.

“They have a mild clinical course, no complications. Therefore, there is no danger to the health of children,” he said.

Kyrgyzstan reported on Friday 11 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number in the country to 906.

In total, 650 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from hospitals throughout the country, including 163 medical workers. 12 have passed away.
