Bishkek, June 4, 2022. / Kabar /. The 32nd regular meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Heads of Legal Services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held in Nur-Sultan on Friday.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, during the meeting, topical issues of international legal practice in the context of cooperation within the CIS were discussed, including: elements of the draft Convention on the legal status of delegations sent to the CIS member states; issues of fulfillment of international obligations and interaction on international legal issues; the practice of the CIS member states on the legal regulation of the development of international documents that are not international treaties and the issue of expressing consent with the accession of third states to international treaties within the CIS.
Along with this, members of the delegations exchanged experience on the legal regulation of areas of mutual interest, and also determined the direction of the Committee's activities for the next period. As a result of the event, the Protocol of the meeting was adopted.
The meeting was attended by delegations from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as the CIS Executive Committee.
