Bishkek, Aug. 20, 2021. / Kabar /. 346,208 eggs were produced in Kyrgyzstan in the first half of the year, which is 3443,000 eggs less or 99% compared to the corresponding period of last year.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, egg production has increased in all regions of the republic, except for the Issyk-Kul region, where the decline in egg production in the reporting period compared to the corresponding period last year was 74.4%.
The main reason for the decline in egg production in the republic is a decrease in the number of poultry by 140.7 thousand heads.
