Bishkek, Apr. 12, 2020 / Kabar /. 38 children under 15 years old infected with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of Health of the country Mademin Karataev told a news briefing on Sunday.
To date, 377 confirmed COVID – 19 cases have been registered in Kyrgyzstan, 201 of them are women and 176 are men.
According to data of the deputy health minister cited at a news briefing:
- children under 15 years old - 38 cases,
- from 16-19 years old - 12 cases,
- from 20 to 35 years old - 90 cases,
- from 36 to 55 years old - 141 cases,
- from 56 years and above - 96 cases.
38 new COVID-19 cases have been registered in the country past day, 12 of them are medical workers.
A total number of infected medical workers in 63.
So far, 54 citizens were cured and discharged from hospitals. Five have passed away.
