Bishkek, Aug. 12, 2022. / Kabar /. Governor of Jalal-Abad Oblast Absattar Syrgabayev met with specialists from the First Design and Research Institute of the China Railway Construction Corporation.
More than 40 specialists from China will start research work at the sites where it is planned to build a railway. Specialists will conduct geodetic surveys and geological exploration.
Issues of complex security of specialists from China were discussed at the meeting. The governor said that the health of specialists will be under the supervision of medical staff, and instructed the heads of all specialized branches to assist them.
The main goal of the project is to connect the railway communication between Kyrgyzstan, China and Uzbekistan. The construction of this railway line opens the way for Kyrgyzstan to realize the export potential of the state and establish land transit communications between Asia and Europe.
