Bishkek, Oct. 18, 2021 . / Kabar / . The IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation (Turkey) supported citizens of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, the press service of the capital’s Mayor’s Office reported Monday.
Head of the district Zhamalbek Yrsaliyev together with Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Ahmet Sadik Dogan took part in the distribution of humanitarian aid.
"We supported 400 needy families living in the territory of Pervomaisky district. Townspeople received food baskets with everything they needed: flour, vegetable oil, rice, sugar, pasta, peas, sweets, condensed milk and tomato paste," the report runs.
On the same day, 250 children in difficult life situations received humanitarian support in the form of warm clothes.
