Bishkek, Dec. 5, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan added on Saturday 401 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
Thus, the country's tally of infections has climbed to 74,774 since the beginning of the pandemic, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.
Number of medics contracted coronavirus has reached 3,962 after 6 more cases were identified among them in the past day.
Of these, 3,660 medical workers have recovered.
A total of 66,538 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of novel coronavirus so far, including 425 patients who have recovered over the past 24 hours.
5 new fatal cases were recorded in Kyrgyzstan, bringing the death toll from COVID-19 to 1,290.
As of Dec. 5, treatment in hospitals is provided to 2,616 patients, and 3,515 citizens are receiving treatment from COVID-19 at home.
Besides, the HQ reported that 3,336 PCR analysis were conducted throughout the republic in the past day.
