Bishkek, May 1, 2020. /Kabar/. 44 enterprises in Dzhalal-Abad town (Dzhalal-Abad Oblast) will resume their activity today, Mayor of the town Murataly Tagayev said at a briefing.

As he noted, the Government has defined three stages of restarting the country's economy. Today, 44 enterprises will start operating in Dzhalal-Abad.

"I would also urge the townspeople to strictly adhere to the schedule and not to open their organizations and retail outlets arbitrarily if your enterprise is not on the list of activities to be launched today.

We will conduct an inspection and measures will be taken against violators," he said.

The mayor added fast food outlets and café-restaurants will start working on May 21. At the moment, their activities are prohibited, and everyone can use the delivery service. Taxi services are also available, but not all taxi drivers will be able to get on line today, only some.

"There is still a state of emergency in the town. In order to support economy, the Government starts to launch some businesses. A number of activities will be launched from May 10, some since May 21. I urge the citizens to be patient and to wait," concluded the mayor.
