5 mobile clinics to be delivered to Kyrgyzstan in near future

Bishkek, Feb. 6, 2021 / Kabar /. Minister of Health and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev and Kyrgyz Ambassador to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev visited the Optima Technic plant in Ankara.

The Turkish plant manufactured mobile clinics for Kyrgyzstan under the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Development Bank "On the provision of 5 mobile clinics", the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Development reported.

During a visit to this plant, the Kyrgyz minister and ambassador met with representatives of the plant, as well as representatives of the Islamic Development Bank and the Norwegian company NORMECA AS, which is the general contractor-manufacturer of mobile clinics. The issues of delivery of mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan were discussed.

Minister Beishenaliev took part in the assessment of the readiness of mobile clinics. On the basis of mobile clinics there is a diagnostic department with modern medical equipment, such as a computed tomograph, ultrasound machines, mammogograph, X-ray machine, gastroscope, colonoscope, ophthalmoscope, rhinoscope, echocardiograph, laboratory equipment for biochemical and other analyzes, as well as an operating department for ophthalmic operations.

At present, the company has started preparatory work on sending mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan, and following a visit to the plant and meetings with representatives of the IDB and NORMECA AS, the sides agreed to speed up the process of delivering mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan.
