Bishkek, Feb, 1, 2023 / Kabar/. 6,580 facts of violence against women were registered the Kyrgyz Republic in 2022, which is 4,290 less than in the same period of 2021, Prosecutor General of the country Kurmankul Zulushev told at the final press conference.
According to his data, materials on 2,790 of them were sent to court, 1,937 cases were reduced, 1,305 cases were temporarily suspended, 478 cases were merged, and investigative measures are ongoing on 781 cases.
