6 magnitude earthquake hits border between Kyrgyzstan and China

Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2023 / Kabar/. 6 magnitude earthquake at the epicenter was registered at the border of Kyrgyzstan and China on February 27, 2023 at 05:58 local time.

According to the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the earthquake source is located on the border of Kyrgyzstan and China, in the mountains of the Kakshaal-Too ridge, 50 km southeast of the village of Tash-Koroo, 55 km southeast of the village of Echkili-Tash , 58 km southeast of the village of Kurgak, 60 km southeast of the village of Enilchek, 60 km southeast of the village of Ken-Suu, 130 km southeast of the city of Karakol .
