Bishkek, March 6, 2021. / Kabar /. In the past day, another 60 Kyrgyzstanis have recovered from the novel coronavirus.
The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that as of Saturday, the country's total number of recoveries from the disease has reached 83,484.
The country reported 55 new COVID-19 cases in the past day, raising the total infections to 86,506.
The pandemic has so far claimed 1,471 lives in Kyrgyzstan since March 18, including one death over the past day.
Currently, 344 coronavirus patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, with 17 of them in critical condition. Another 267 patients are receiving treatment at home.
3,188 tests for the virus have been carried out in the country over the past day.
