Bishkek, Dec.17, 2019. /Kabar/. Mortgage loans worth KGS 800 million were issued in Kyrgyzstan in 2019, and as a result, 600 families were provided with housing, Chairwoman of the Board of the State Mortgage Company (SMC) OJSC Elmira Abjaparova told reporters.
According to her data, over 4 thousand 500 mortgage loans for the total amount of over KGS billion were financed throughout the country since the beginning of activity of the State Mortgage Company OJSC.
As a result, more than 16 thousand citizens were provided with housing.
"State employees, who received the mortgage, made 37 % of total number of issued loans, educators- 30%, health officials-14%, victims - 14%, workers of the cultural sphere - 2%, social development - 2% and private sphere - 1%,” Abjaparova said.
