Bishkek, April 6, 2021. / Kabar / . A total of 644 people in Kyrgyzstan have been vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the republic Uluk-Bek Bekturganov said during a briefing Tuesday.
According to him, 214 people were vaccinated in Bishkek, 258 in Osh, 109 in Chui Oblast, 20 in Osh Oblast and 43 in Issyk-Kul Oblast.
75 thousand people are planned to be vaccinated in Kyrgyzstan in the first phase of vaccination with Chinese Sinopharm vaccine.
The start-up phase of vaccination started in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Chui Oblast.
The first phase of the vaccination will cover medical workers with a high and very high risk of infection, working in the red zone, family medical groups; medical workers of emergency ambulances, intensive care units with a high risk of developing severe forms of illness or death; employees of educational organizations, employees of law enforcement and security agencies.
