7,171 offenses in Kyrgyzstan in 2022 committed by foreign citizens

Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2022. / Kabar /. In 11 months, 7,962 offenses in the field of migration legislation were revealed, of which 7,171 offenses were committed by foreign citizens, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said.

Based on the results of the consideration of cases on identified offenses, 1,960 protocols were drawn up for violation by persons who invited foreign citizens and stateless persons to the Kyrgyz Republic or received foreign citizens and stateless persons;

• 6,654 protocols were drawn up for violation by foreign citizens of the established procedure for staying, the rules for carrying out labor activities in the Kyrgyz Republic or transit travel;

• 32 protocols were drawn up for violation of the rules for attracting and using foreign labor in the Kyrgyz Republic;

• 154 protocols for violation of the rules of labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic by a border worker - migrant;

• 10 protocols for carrying out activities for the employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad without a permit or in violation of the conditions stipulated by the permit.

Thus, 41 million 162 thousand soms were collected to the state budget. 17 foreign citizens were expelled from the country.
