Osh, Jan.16, 2020 /Kabar/. In 2019, 70 new enterprises were built and opened in Osh Oblast, the press service of the oblast state administration reported.
According to the data, the opening of stone processing enterprises has become very popular in Osh Oblast. Thus, large enterprises for stone processing were opened last year in Kara-Suu, Aravan and Uzgen regions. The output is exported to Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
In addition, a new large coal mining enterprise was opened in Uzgen region.
Local entrepreneurs have invested KGS 234 million 537 thousand to open this enterprise. New jobs have been created in 70 new enterprises, employing 800 people on a permanent basis.
