70% of investors in construction of Silk Way industrial park are Kyrgyz businessmen

Bishkek, Oct. 31, 2018 / Kabar /. 70% of investors in the construction of the Silk Way industrial park in Kyrgyzstan are local businessmen, and the remaining 30% are foreign entrepreneurs, Director General of Industrial Silk Way industrial park LLC Adilet Kubanychbekov said during the solemn ceremony of laying out the capsule of the complex.

“It will be the only textile cluster in Central Asia. The main object of the park is the exhibition center, where all fabrics, accessories, equipment will be leased for 3 months to our manufacturers on the basis of a contract with China and Turkey. This will serve as an impetus for the development of the local textile industry,” said Kubanychbekov.

The goods produced there will be exported to Russia and Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia, within the framework of the Customs Union.

He said that there is already a contract with such large companies as Adidas, Zara, Sela, Climber.
