Bishkek, Dec. 28, 2021 . / Kabar / . In the last 24 hours, 8,519 doses of vaccine against COVID-19 coronavirus infection were given in Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Tuesday.
Thus, 4,859 people were vaccinated with the first dose, while 3,758 Kyrgyzstanis received the second shot.
The total number of doses provided up to today stands at 1,219,276, and 1,004,309 people have been completely vaccinated.
Kyrgyzstan started the vaccination campaign on March 29, 2020. The country is inoculating its citizens with Sinopharm, Sputnik-V, Sputnik-Light, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
