Bishkek, Dec. 15, 2022 / Kabar/. 8 thousand 730 cases of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza were registered in Kyrgyzstan per day, which is 11% lower than yesterday, December 14 (9 thousand 809), the Ministry of Health of the country reported.
The ministry added that about 130,000 doses of influenza vaccine for risk groups (persons with chronic diseases, frequently ill children, children from orphanages, boarding schools, pregnant women, medical workers, etc.) were purchased.
Given the increase in the incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections among the population, including among schoolchildren, daily monitoring of attendance and incidence of children in schools and children's educational organizations has been organized, the report said.
